سياسة خصوصية التطبيق | App Privacy Policy

توضّح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل تطبيق دار الناشر (على Android وiPhone) مع بياناتك. يدير التطبيق دار الناشر للحاسبات والأجهزة العلمية، شارع الصناعة، بغداد، العراق.
باختصار
- لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.
- لا يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات، ولا على أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات.
- لا يطلب التطبيق الوصول إلى موقعك أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو جهات الاتصال أو صورك.
- الدفع نقداً عند الاستلام، ولا يطلب التطبيق أي بيانات بطاقة مصرفية.
- التسوّق والطلب ممكنان دون إنشاء حساب.
- يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب (اختياري): بريدك الإلكتروني واسمك عند تسجيل الدخول بالبريد الإلكتروني، أو بحساب Google على Android.
- بيانات الطلب: الاسم ورقم الهاتف وعنوان التوصيل والمنتجات المطلوبة، وتُدخلها بنفسك في صفحة إتمام الطلب لكي نوصل طلبك.
- تواصلك معنا: عند مراسلتنا عبر واتساب أو الاتصال بنا أو مراسلتنا بالبريد، نستلم ما ترسله ورقمك أو بريدك.
- بيانات تقنية اعتيادية: عند اتصال التطبيق بخوادم المتجر يصلها عنوان IP ونوع الجهاز ونص البحث الذي تكتبه، وهي لازمة لعرض المنتجات وحماية الخدمة.
ما يبقى على هاتفك
يحفظ التطبيق على جهازك فقط: لغة التطبيق، والمفضلة، والمنتجات التي شاهدتها مؤخراً، وعمليات البحث الأخيرة، والطلبات التي أرسلتها من هذا الجهاز، ورقم سلّة التسوّق، ونسخة من الصفحة الرئيسية والصور لتسريع العرض. يُحفظ رمز تسجيل الدخول مشفّراً في الخزنة الآمنة للنظام. لا تُرسل هذه القوائم إلينا. يمحو تسجيل الخروج رمز الدخول والطلبات المحفوظة، ويمحو حذف التطبيق كل شيء. ويمكنك مسح الصور المحفوظة من صفحة حسابي.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
- تجهيز طلبك وتوصيله والتواصل معك بشأنه.
- إدارة حسابك وعرض طلباتك السابقة.
- الرد على استفساراتك وتقديم الضمان وخدمة ما بعد البيع.
- منع الاحتيال وحماية المتجر.
- الوفاء بالالتزامات المحاسبية والقانونية.
لا نرسل إليك رسائل تسويقية إلا إذا وافقت على ذلك، ويمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت.
الجهات التي تعالج بياناتك
- Shopify: منصّة متجرنا، وتستضيف المنتجات والسلّة وصفحة إتمام الطلب والحسابات والطلبات. صفحتا تسجيل الدخول وإتمام الطلب تُعرضان من خوادم Shopify وتخضعان أيضاً لسياسة خصوصية Shopify.
- Google: فقط إذا اخترت الدخول بحساب Google على Android، فيشارك Google بريدك واسمك مع Shopify لفتح حسابك.
- Cloudflare: خادم صغير خاص بنا يستلم طلب حذف الحساب ويمرّره إلى Shopify، ولا يخزّن بيانات حسابك.
- التوصيل: يستلم مندوب التوصيل الاسم والهاتف والعنوان لتسليم الطلب فقط.
- الجهات الرسمية: عند طلب قانوني ملزم فقط.
عند تواصلك عبر واتساب أو الهاتف أو البريد يعمل ذلك التطبيق وفق سياسته الخاصة.
مدة الاحتفاظ
- بيانات الحساب: ما دام حسابك قائماً.
- سجلات الطلبات: نحتفظ بها للمحاسبة والضمان والالتزامات القانونية، وتُمحى منها بياناتك الشخصية عند حذف حسابك.
- بيانات الهاتف: حتى تسجيل الخروج أو حذف التطبيق.
حذف الحساب والبيانات
من التطبيق: حسابي ← حذف الحساب. إذا لم تكن لديك طلبات يُحذف الحساب فوراً. وإذا كانت لديك طلبات سابقة، يُغلق الحساب وتُمحى بياناتك الشخصية خلال 10 أيام، ويبقى سجل الطلب دون اسمك أو بياناتك.
دون التطبيق، أو لطلبات أرسلتها دون حساب: راسلنا على info@alnashir.net بعنوان «حذف البيانات» من البريد أو برقم الهاتف المستخدم في الطلب، وننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يوماً.
حقوقك
يحق لك أن تطلب نسخة من بياناتك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها، وأن تسحب موافقتك على الرسائل التسويقية. للطلب راسلنا على البريد أدناه، وقد نطلب ما يثبت أن الحساب لك.
الأمان
يتصل التطبيق بالخوادم عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، ويُحفظ رمز الدخول في الخزنة الآمنة للنظام (Keychain على iPhone وKeystore على Android). لا توجد وسيلة حماية كاملة، لكننا نعمل على تقليل البيانات التي نجمعها إلى ما يلزم فقط.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن علم. إذا علمت أن طفلاً أرسل إلينا بياناته فراسلنا لحذفها.
التغييرات على السياسة
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة نحدّث تاريخها أعلاه وننشر النسخة الجديدة في التطبيق وعلى موقعنا.

This policy explains how the Alnashir app (Android and iPhone) handles your data. The app is run by Dar Alnashir for Computers and Scientific Equipment, Al-Sina'a Street, Baghdad, Iraq.
In short
- We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
- The app has no ads, and no tracking or analytics tools.
- The app does not ask for your location, camera, microphone, contacts or photos.
- Payment is cash on delivery; the app never asks for card details.
- You can shop and order without an account.
- You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.
Data we collect
- Account data (optional): your email and name when you sign in with email, or with Google on Android.
- Order data: the name, phone number, delivery address and items you enter at checkout, so we can deliver your order.
- Messages to us: when you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive what you send and your number or address.
- Routine technical data: when the app talks to the store's servers they receive your IP address, device type and the search text you type, which are needed to show products and protect the service.
What stays on your phone
The app keeps these on your device only: the app language, favourites, recently viewed products, recent searches, orders placed from this device, the shopping cart number, and a copy of the home page and images for speed. Your sign-in token is kept encrypted in the system's secure storage. These lists are not sent to us. Signing out removes the token and the saved orders; uninstalling the app removes everything. You can clear saved images from the Account page.
How we use data
- To prepare and deliver your order and contact you about it.
- To run your account and show your past orders.
- To answer your questions and provide warranty and after-sales service.
- To prevent fraud and protect the store.
- To meet accounting and legal obligations.
We only send marketing messages if you agree to them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who processes your data
- Shopify: our store platform, which hosts the products, cart, checkout, accounts and orders. The sign-in and checkout pages are served by Shopify and are also covered by Shopify's privacy policy.
- Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google on Android; Google shares your email and name with Shopify to open your account.
- Cloudflare: a small server of ours that receives an account deletion request and passes it to Shopify; it does not store your account data.
- Delivery: the courier receives your name, phone and address only to hand over the order.
- Authorities: only when a binding legal request requires it.
When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, that app works under its own policy.
How long we keep data
- Account data: while your account exists.
- Order records: kept for accounting, warranty and legal obligations; your personal details are removed from them when you delete your account.
- Data on your phone: until you sign out or uninstall the app.
Deleting your account and data
In the app: Account → Delete account. Without past orders the account is deleted at once. With past orders the account is closed and your personal data is erased within 10 days; the order records remain without your name or details.
Without the app, or for orders placed without an account: email info@alnashir.net with the subject "Delete my data" from the email or with the phone number used for the order, and we will act on it within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it or delete it, and withdraw consent to marketing messages. Email us at the address below; we may ask you to show the account is yours.
Security
The app connects to servers over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and the sign-in token is kept in the system's secure storage (Keychain on iPhone, Keystore on Android). No protection is perfect, but we keep the data we collect to what is needed.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you learn a child has sent us their data, contact us to delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we update the date above and publish the new version in the app and on our website.
